[YONKERS, NY] — February, 26, 2026-Today, Kisha D. Skipper, a candidate for Westchester County Legislature representing the 15th Legislative District, Bronxville and a portion of Yonkers and Eastchester, announced the endorsement of the New York Working Families Party (NYWFP), a grassroots political organization dedicated to building a New York that works for working people.
“The Working Families Party has been at the forefront of the fight for affordable housing, universal childcare, healthcare for all, and protecting immigrant communities,” said Skipper. “I’m honored to earn their endorsement and proud to stand alongside a movement fighting for a Working Families Guarantee.”
NYWFP leaders cited Kisha Skipper’s commitment to delivering a home New Yorkers can afford, expanding access to childcare, lowering healthcare costs, and defending immigrant communities from federal attacks.
